STAFF TRAINING
These two JCC camp directors were part of a larger group who met with the intention of increasing their skill and knowledge base in many areas.
What I offered them was a new way to involve their staff and campers in a creative project to become part of the camp culture and its physical environment.
These folks (and some of their colleagues) had me travel to their camps to work with staff during pre-camp orientation, with the intention of the staff then sharing their new expertise with campers. |
