Stained Glass

I have always considered myself a student of the great artist Marc Chagall--- whose sense of color and celebration in over the top! It was through viewing his stained glass windows at Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem in 1996 that I came to appreciate my own relationship to and with color.

After years of people telling me that my work reminds them of stained glass, I have begun to collaborate with Mark Liebowitz of Wilmark Studios, who has been fabricating glass for over 30 years.

Mark and I just spent almost two years working on our first major installation--- a 75 foot by 8 foot wall of glass for a synagogue in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey.

We also got engaged along the way!
